# Phill Sieg

> Phill Sieg makes things work better. He figures out how processes actually work, fixes what slows them down, and builds the custom tools that make work faster — for his team, his customers, and himself. He came up on the business side of US federal programs (acquisition, program management). AI is the recent unlock that lets him build the tools himself — but the mission was always making things work better, not "AI." Based in Málaga, Spain. - Acquisition training simulator: coaches government acquisition staff through real decisions and never gives the answer, building judgment instead of dependence.
